What happens to your feedback

BillSplitor is maintained by one person, so every message here is read by a human. The most useful reports are the concrete ones: a receipt that scanned wrong, a total that came out off, a layout that broke on your phone. Mentioning which restaurant's receipt it was and which step you were on makes it possible to reproduce.

Messages are private by default. After a manual review, ones that are useful to others are shown on the board below — with the display name you entered, never your email. Leave an email if you want a reply; it is optional.

Please don't paste a bill's share link here. Anyone holding that link can open the bill — describing the problem is enough.

    in the case that when the receipt is showing full price -> then discount -> then sum up the discounted price + RM1 (takeaway fee) + tax = total, the system will missed out the takeway fee

    when the amount is not tally, but actually is false error by bill splitor, add a button "acknowledge", so the message will dismiss
